The D6000 series provides a presentation solution for the most demanding of video applications
Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, 15 April 2014 – Vivitek Corporation, a leading manufacturer of innovative visual presentation products has announced the launch of two new heavy duty, dual lamp projectors. The DW6035 and DX6535 are ideal for conference centres and other large venue applications. Featuring dual-lamp technology, interchangeable lenses and advanced display technologies, the D6000 series delivers bright, superb digital images with full colour saturation.
The DW6035 features native WXGA resolution and is HDTV ready. With a contrast ratio of 3000:1 and 6000 ANSI lumens of brightness, it is perfect for demanding presentation applications. The DX6535 has a native XGA resolution with 6700 ANSI lumens of brightness. Both models feature dual-lamp technology, interchangeable lenses and colour wheels. Designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both models will deliver high brightness and superb digital images.
The new models both feature motorised lens control including zoom, focus and seven interchangeable lens options (T.R. between 0.77 and 8.5:1) for flexible positioning with regards to varying screen sizes or projection distance requirements. Due to the integration of the Texas Instruments DLP® BrilliantColor chip technology, they will both provide crystal-clear pictures, with deep blacks and rich engaging colours.
For a wide variety of applications, these projectors provide extensive multimedia I/O connections, including VGA-In, DVI-D, Component, S-Video, Audio-In and Audio-Out. The new D6000 series devices all feature a built-in 12V trigger for an external wireless module connection and are network-ready for integration and system administration via RJ45 and RS232. These high performance credentials don’t mean reduced energy savings either, in stand-by mode the D6000 series needs less than 0.5 watts of power, with lamp life of coming in at 2,500 hours of operation.
