easier to use with the introduction of three new products; the LauncherOne, the LauncherPlus USB-C Edition and the LauncherPlus Base holder. Combined, the new additions ensure that Vivitek’s NovoConnect Wireless Collaboration Solution – which includes products like the NovoTouch flat panel display, NovoEnterprise, and NovoPro – is even better suited to enhance productivity in meeting rooms while meeting the security needs of today’s enterprise organisations.
LauncherOne is a hassle-free wireless mirroring device. The first product of its type to launch and ship, it has been designed specifically for industries that demand the most stringent security standards – like the financial services sector or government agencies- who want staff to be able to access a wireless presentation system, but whose IT security policies are designed to minimise USB security risks by adhering to strict Data Loss Prevention (DLP) compliance policies. Thanks to it negating the need for a USB-storage device, LauncherOne eliminates the risks of both ransomware attacks and of viruses being spread. Additionally, the dedicated and direct wireless connection between the LauncherOne and the NovoConnect main unit, means it has zero impact on existing network traffic, while for added reassurance, the data is protected with AES-256 encryption to ensure safe communication.
Additionally, Vivitek has responded to the increasing number of laptop manufacturers’ decision to adopt the new USB-C connector, with the introduction of the state-of-the-art LauncherPlus USB-C Edition. Also the first product of its type to be announced and available, it supports the latest in connectivity options to give users even more choice, while helping to future proof their investment.
To keep meeting room environments tidy and clutter-free, Vivitek now offers the LauncherPlus base. This stylish accessory is designed to neatly store all types of LauncherPlus units, keeping meetings rooms and tables business-like and organised.
