This model is suited for the education sector, especially due to its WXGA resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio which fit with all wide format interactive whiteboards. With its 3D-ready capabilities as well as its complete connectivity, the D857WT is the perfect solution for multimedia application in classrooms.
The D857WT enables a full 88’’ screen image at only 1 meter projection distance. It’s a real benefit for many classrooms, whatever the space, the teacher may stand close to the screen without shadows on the projected screen. Designed for the use of multimedia, this projector promote also interaction in the classroom with its microphone connection, a 10 Watt speaker as well as audio out and the ability to present wireless through the optional ViviNet dongle.
With a brightness of 3000 lumens for optimal use, the Vivitek D857WT gives an excellent colour rendition, thanks to its DLP® and BrilliantColor™ technologies from Texas Instruments and also delivers a 3000:1 contrast ratio. In addition of its 3D Ready functionality and full range of connecting ports including HDMI v1.3, USB, DVI, VGA and RJ45, the D857WT is equipped with a long lamp life of 6000 hours and requires limited maintenance requirements.
The D857WT can be covered by the warranty extension reserved exclusively for the education sector so that any establishments wishing to acquire this model can benefit from an extended warranty of 5 years for the projector (time and materials) and 3 years for the lamp.

The Vivitek D857WT is shipping now through authorized Vivitek dealers and distributors and its price is € 990 / £861 exc. VAT.
Standard warranty on the projector is 3 years and 1 year for the lamp. Education warranty (upon registration) offers 5 years on
